Ambaji Mandir, also referred to as Shri Ambaji Mata Temple, is a famous place of pilgrimage for Hindus and is situated in the Ambaji town, Banaskantha district, Gujarat, India. The hill associated with the temple is regarded as a holy place, and it can be accessed either through a stairway or by the ropeway facility.

The best time to Visit The temple actually comes alive and attracts thousands of devotees in great numbers during Navaratri and Bhadarvi Poonam. If you are looking for a more tranquil visit, it is best to choose weekdays and non-festival periods. Visitor Tips: Dress in such a way that you are not exposing your body, and your attire is in accordance with the temple dress code. Expect more queuing on weekends and during festivals.
