Rajiv Talreja’s saga is one that sounds extremely real and familiar. For anyone trying to make it in the world of business, it will be relatable. In 2006, he had a ready offer to join a very stable job; however, something unexpected happened, and his father tore that offer into pieces, insisting Rajiv not take the easy way out but to think bigger and carve his own path. Scary and exciting, all at once! But fear didn’t stop Rajiv; he rather took it as a challenge to build something big from scratch.
Starting out was definitely not smooth at all. When Rajiv and his partner launched Quantum Leap, a business-training organization targeting business owners, many people discounted him because he was too young and too new in the game. There were many times when the burden of setting things up just felt too much. But Rajiv never backed down. He would turn up in every meeting with his laptop-wired for learning, growth, and exploration. He learned that passion was not enough; he needed a better understanding of how business worked. So he got mentors, studied his a– off, and made a neat and simple user-friendly efficient business-building system for small business owners.

The moment Rajiv entered an office, he had several successful firms running with over 100 employees under him. All his works revolve around making small and medium businesses stronger, organized, and geared for growth. What really differentiates him from others, however, is the extent to which he actually cares-not just in numbers-sure, he keeps coaches and other persons advised in terms of increasing their heart and consciousness- cleanliness. He helps them build not only businesses but even better lives.
Rajiv put it this way: success doesn’t lie in the ready answers. Rather, try to put in wagers, learn from mistakes, and keep up the effort, even when things get tough. A journey like this will surely inspire anyone who dreams of starting a business into the conviction that with perseverance, hard work, and support, dreams can indeed be accomplished.
